Designed by ACPV, and completed in 2018, the building was created to be a Smart Workplace: fixed workstations make way for open-plan sharing areas where employees can reserve their own workstation. A combination of focus rooms, phone booths, break areas and meeting rooms create the ideal setting for boosting productivity and efficiency. Sports facilities and amenities provide even great opportunities to find the right work-life balance.
The building is Leed Platinum certified.

 

ICS CAMPUS

The Campus, designed by Barreca & La Varra, is the first internation school for children aged 0-18 years . The building is designed to be used after school hours with a canteen, gym, swimming pool, auditorium and a large outdoor playground equipped for outside activities. The building was developed and completed in just 14 months and the school officially opened its gates in January 2021. The building has obtained the Breeam In-Use certification “Very Good”.

*In January 2024, the building was fully sold to an institutional investor.

MULTITENANT

Designed by ACPV, the building houses LVMH Italia, Boehringer Ingelheim, several companies belonging to the Mars Group and Orsero Group among the others. In addition to versatile and accommodating offices, there is a wide retail space on the ground floor. The building has a truly green identity: in addition to the terraces, the roof over the lowest part of the complex is also green.
The building is in the process of obtaining LEED Core & Shell score Platinum certification and aims to gain WELL Core certification. Building D will also be one of the first buildings to be awarded WELL Health Safety rating, which guarantees occupants that health and safety measures have been implemented.

SNAM

Designed by Piuarch, the building under development will host Snam HQ starting from 2024. The new building, which will be developed by Covivio, was the subject of a sale agreement signed between Covivio and Snam in 2021. The project puts people at the centre and responds to work methods of the future by creating continuity of greenery between indoor and outdoor spaces for the enhanced well-being of its occupants. A park of over 8,500 square metres, designed by the landscape architect Antonio Perazzi, is located outside the building and is open to everybody for educational activities and events. The building will be awarded LEED & WELL certification (minimum level “Gold”) as well as BRAVE, CENED and Casaclima.

MONCLER

This building, designed by ACPV, will bring together all the Milan-based corporate staff of the Moncler brand in one single space, currently employed in three different locations. The interior spaces will be designed to accommodate various inclusive work groups and to encourage across-the-board cooperation, as well as having communal areas used to facilitate socialising and creativity. In terms of sustainability, the building aims to be awarded WELL and LEED certifications.

VITAE
To be completed in 2024

A new sustainable, zero-emissions, mixed-use building is planned to be built in the Symbiosis district: Vitae. Designed by CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati, Vitae won the international Reinventing Cities competition in 2019 for the Via Serio site.
